This website is designed to collect as little data as possible. It contains no contact forms, runs no newsletter, and uses no profiling cookies, traffic analytics, tracking pixels or resources loaded from third-party servers (even the typefaces are self-hosted). All the systems we use are hosted on infrastructure located in Switzerland: the website and its backups with Infomaniak (Geneva), email with Proton (Geneva), with content encrypted at rest.
a) Email correspondence. Contact with us takes place exclusively via direct email to info@minerva.agency. We process the data you yourself choose to share: your email address, your name if provided, and the content of your message. Communications between Proton Mail addresses are end-to-end encrypted; for maximum confidentiality we therefore invite you to write from a Proton account.
b) Technical website logs. Like any web service, the hosting infrastructure (Infomaniak) automatically records access logs containing the IP address, date and time of the request and the page visited. These logs serve exclusively to ensure the security and operation of the service, are kept for the technical period set by the provider, and are neither used to identify visitors nor cross-referenced with other data.
We advise against using third-party messaging services such as WhatsApp to contact us: these services are operated by foreign companies (Meta Platforms, USA) under their own terms and privacy policies, over which we have no control, and involve a transfer of data outside Switzerland.
If you nevertheless choose to write to us through these channels, we will treat the content of your message with the same confidentiality as email correspondence; if the exchange continues, we will propose moving it to a secure channel (email, preferably Proton).
The data you share with us is processed exclusively to respond to your enquiry and, if an engagement follows, to manage the professional relationship and the obligations arising from it. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures requested by the data subject and compliance with legal obligations.
Given the nature of our work, the messages we receive may contain sensitive information. Such information is handled with reinforced confidentiality: access is limited to the sole owner of the business, who is bound by professional secrecy, and no information is disclosed to third parties except in the cases set out in section 7.

Our systems do not transfer data outside Switzerland. A transfer can only occur if you choose it yourself: by writing to us from a foreign email provider, or by contacting us through third-party messaging services (section 4). Correspondence with clients residing abroad naturally travels to the client's country.
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have the right to: obtain information about the data concerning you, request its rectification or erasure, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, write to info@minerva.agency: we will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
If you reside in the European Union, we recognise the rights provided by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) to the extent it applies to the processing, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
We adopt technical and organisational measures proportionate to the sensitivity of the data processed: encrypted transmission (HTTPS), email on encrypted infrastructure (Proton), local backups on encrypted storage, data access limited to a single person, need-to-know principle.
