These terms govern the use of the website minerva.agency, owned by InSpace.Center LLC (CHE-174.871.005 VAT), Via Dante Alighieri 5, 6830 Chiasso (Switzerland). By accessing the website, you accept these terms.
These terms govern the use of the website only. Professional relationships with clients are governed by individual mandates signed on a case-by-case basis, which prevail over anything stated here.
Browsing the website or sending an email does not in any way establish a professional relationship. The free initial assessment is purely exploratory and constitutes neither the start of an engagement nor legal advice.
An engagement is deemed conferred exclusively when both of the following conditions are met: the mandate has been signed by both parties and the requested advance payment has been made. Until then, we have no obligation to perform any service.
We reserve the right to decline any engagement, without being required to give reasons.
The content published on this website — articles, guides, service descriptions — is of a purely informational and educational nature. It does not constitute legal, tax or other professional advice, may not reflect the most recent legal developments, and should not be relied upon as a basis for decisions with legal implications.
The same principle applies to the investigative reports delivered to clients under a mandate: they contain information gathered with professional diligence, but their legal assessment and any use in legal proceedings must always be referred to a lawyer. We invite every client and visitor to obtain qualified legal advice before taking any action.
Any tutorials, guides or technical content published on the website (for example on OSINT, IT security or investigative techniques) are provided for informational and educational purposes only and may be used exclusively for lawful purposes. Responsibility for any improper, unlawful or harmful use of such content rests entirely with the person making use of it.
We accept only lawful engagements compliant with Swiss law. Should unlawful purposes emerge at any stage of the relationship, or should we become aware of illegal acts, we reserve the right to refuse or immediately terminate the engagement and, in the cases provided for or permitted by law, to inform the competent authorities. As an agency registered with the cantonal registry of security agencies of the Canton of Ticino, we are also required to cooperate with supervisory, judicial and police authorities in the cases provided for by law.
The website may contain links to third-party websites. InSpace.Center LLC exercises no control over such websites and accepts no responsibility for their content, accuracy or practices. The presence of a link does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Texts, articles, graphics, logo, structure and all other content of the website are the property of InSpace.Center LLC, unless otherwise indicated. Quoting short excerpts of articles with attribution and a link to the source is permitted; any other reproduction, even partial, requires written authorisation.
For the creation of website content and produced materials — texts, articles, images, graphics, photographs, documents and the website itself — we may make use of artificial intelligence tools. Content created in this way is in any case supervised and verified before publication or delivery.
The website is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuity of service, absence of errors or interruptions, or that the website is free of vulnerabilities. We reserve the right to modify its content or suspend its operation at any time, without notice.
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, InSpace.Center LLC accepts no liability for direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the website, its content or external links. Liability for intent or gross negligence and mandatory statutory provisions remain reserved.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to the use of the website is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mendrisio (Canton of Ticino, Switzerland), unless a different mandatory forum is provided by law.
In the event of any discrepancy between the Italian and English versions of these terms, the Italian version prevails.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any individual clause does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time: the version published on this page, with its revision date, is the only authoritative one.
